The Equality Practice (TEP) was established in January, 2016 by Tracy Todd and Jill Wilson.  More recently we have been joined by Iwona Frazczcak, a Polish national and business woman who has made the UK her family home for the last 14 years.  Accumulating over 40 years experience in community, organisational and personal development, accounting, project design and project and event management,  TEP, works closely with communities, businesses, organisations and statutory service providers to research, drive and designs projects related to fairness, equality of opportunity, community cohesion, inclusive cultures, equality and aspiration building.

The Equality Practice Directors work at both grassroots and a strategic level.  TEP both challenges and champions those in positions of power, and those who do not feel they have a voice. Through its relationships with community members, statutory service providers and businesses, TEP is able to inform and guide, build confidences and relationships that help everyone to participate fully, and be part of making informed 'inclusive' decisions that make a difference to all.

The Equality Practices organises inspirational events and workshops, and manages projects which involve businesses, the third sector and local communities, with the aim of developing life-changing projects.
