Cultural Intelligence for Forward Thinking Leaders
Transgender Conference 'See The Person' 2021
The Equality Practice has once again partnered with the Blundell Park team, Grimsby Town Sports and Education Trust and members of the Transgender community. Together we brought the North, the largest Transgender Conference, raising awareness of what being on the Transgender journey is about. We discussed our social, moral and legal obligations to support people and their families as the navigate this journey.
Many thanks to our audience, leaders of the business and voluntary/third sector, who participated and supported the guest speakers, giving rousing applause's to them, and our celebrity guest speaker, Broadcaster Stephanie Hirst.

The Equality Practice works passionately to support individuals and companies to benefit from creating and valuing diverse and inclusive workplaces. We develop and implement trail blazing initiatives, working with the third sector, EFL Trusts and the Home Office. We are proud to say, our project designs for inclusion have been used as templates for further work across the UK.
The Equality Practice delivers fun, non-academic workshops to businesses, individuals and community groups. It works to help businesses and communities recognise the value of practicing Inclusion. It highlights the law surrounding The Equality Act 2010, what Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is, and how it can help attract talent, retain talent, attract new clients/customers, build and maintain relationships, and help avoid legal challenges, that can be costly and embarrassing.
Practicing Inclusion helps you to ensure the talent within your teams is realised, leadership skills are enhanced, and unconscious bias is challenged. Essentially, practicing inclusion can help save on costs and create profit.
Inclusive Practice supports and strengthens economic growth and a sense of safety in our businesses and communities.
The Equality Practice helps organisations build their knowledge and capacity, to enable and empower them towards engaging in fair and sound practices.
